Who is eligible to participate?
Any manufacturer who makes a physical product in the state of Missouri is eligible. All applications are free.

How do nominations work?
Send the nominee’s name, title, company name, and email to mgoodnight@sbj.net.
SBJ will send them an application directly.
Can past winners reapply?
Yes, as long as they submit a different product.
What are the judging criteria?
Product impact, innovation, uniqueness, and contribution to Missouri’s economy.
An independent panel of judges scores each entry.
What is the magazine distribution?
10,000 printed copies mailed statewide + digital edition emailed and hosted online.
Reach includes MAM members, Chamber of Commerce networks, and business leaders.
How is the program promoted?
Through MAM, the Missouri Chamber of Commerce, and more than 200 local Chambers of Commerce statewide,
along with digital marketing, social media, press releases, email automation,
SBJ editorial and event marketing, and targeted outreach.
What is the timeline?
Now–September 9, 2025: Statewide application promotion
September 9, 2025: Applications due
October 20, 2025: Last day for advertisers to reserve space in the magazine
November 22, 2025: Finalists announced
January 5, 2026: Magazine in-home delivery + digital edition
February 24, 2026: Live awards event at Branson Hilton
Where is the celebration event held?
At the Branson Hilton Convention Center during the Midwest Manufacturers Trade Show and
Conference on February 24, 2026.
Who are the key partners supporting
this project?
Missouri Association of Manufacturers (MAM), Missouri Chamber of Commerce, over 200 local Chambers of Commerce,
and statewide business leaders. Endorsements are also being secured from state-level leaders
including the Governor and Lieutenant Governor.
How is the campaign visible year-round?
Through continuous email marketing (26 bi-weekly sends), long-tail digital profile visibility, digital magazine access,
SBJ editorial updates, social sharing, and distribution at major statewide events.
